Sleep: How to Get it & Keep it

  • Whether you are sleep training a baby, a preschooler or just trying to get your kindergartener to stay in bed, this training is for you! We will teach you how to get your child to fall asleep independently and stay in his/her bedroom until morning! Grab a ticket and you'll be that much closer to a restful night's sleep!

From Aggression to Affection

  • it can be very challenging to try to manage our children’s aggressive behaviors. This training will give you practical tools and strategies you can use right away to address your child’s hitting, kicking, biting, throwing, teasing, arguing, swearing, etc., and increase their social skills, coping skills, and self-esteem. It will also strengthen your relationship with your child!

Preventing Problem Behaviors: Transitions

  • Kids often have a hard time “transitioning” or moving away from a fun activity or place, and will engage in a variety of problematic behaviors (whining, crying, refusal, negotiating, not following directions or stalling, or full blown tantrums) when it’s time to do something else. This training will give you a lot of practical strategies that you can implement immediately to prevent these problematic behaviors and restore peace and quiet to your home.
